Brandon, this post lit up my brain vividly. I'm not sure I can express all my thoughts clearly, but since my 1st brain surgery, I've had the enlightenment from God that all mankind is part of one family tree. You are part of my family tree through Ericha. Your other grandparents, James & Mary Lynn, gave they gift of that beautiful lake through your Mom. We try to show up for those in our immediate family tree, but also for the other limbs of God's family tree, where it all started so long ago.
Thanks for sharing this. You are right. There are so many other connections just in this context that it’s a lot to take in and pretty amazing when you stop and think about it. I started to bring in more layers when I was writing this post and decided to dial it back and focus on the one or the post would be much longer.
So much Divine Providence at play at all times for long periods for moments like this weekend to happen.

I will say, that through Barker Bowl, God has seen me & given me the desires of my heart! I don’t have to wait until I’m 90 to sit in a chair and see the fruits of “showing up”. I did that this year at 66. All weekend I sat and watched the unnoticed interactions with SO many family relationships intertwined in ways that only happen this time of year. It doesn’t just happen but the sacrifices are worth it and we are all so blessed! Go Green Villains 💚💚💚
